INSPIRED EATS
Inspired Eats is our dedicated allergen-aware program serving chef-prepared meals free from the top 9 allergens. Located in Ripich Commons, the station offers hot, flavorful entrees throughout the day, so students with food allergies, celiac disease, or other dietary needs can enjoy real meals alongside their peers. This is an in-depth program that includes a separate fryer, separate refrigerators, and purple kitchen utensils used exclusively in this section. Check our menus for allergen icons identifying the top 9 allergens and gluten, and don't hesitate to ask our AllerTrain and FARE-certified staff any questions.

Daniell is one of the primary staff members in our Inspired Eats section and someone you will see almost every day. She is both AllerTrain and FARE certified, so she can confidently answer your meal questions and is always happy to help. Make sure you get the chance to try one of her famous hand-breaded fried chicken tenders!
